Your bodywork will consist of combination of Shiatsu, Swedish massage, as well as sacrocranial technique. Erica relies upon her knowledge of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Yogic Philosophy, and Shamanism to discover and bring balance to excesses or deficiencies of energy throughout the layers of the Koshas (layers of the most dense physical body to the most subtle Spiritual bodies). Reiki or energy healing is used throughout the session to transfer healing energies to the body, mind and spirit. Shamanic methods of drumming, toning, and journeying into 'non-ordinary' reality are incorporated to extract what is blocking your path & retrieve the parts of us that need to be returned. Guided meditation or visualization is woven throughout the treatment. As an intuitive channel, Erica delivers the message of Spirit throughout her session to bring about the highest alignment of your Self.​
