Your holistic healing session will be a combination of bodywork, energy work, guided meditation, and intuitively channeled messages. The session begins with a statement of intention for the healing. Erica uses her decades of energy healing & intuitive guidance to tune into your physical, emotional, mental & spiritual energetic fields. A combination of Shiatsu, Swedish massage, as well as sacrocranial technique is utilized for the bodywork segment of the practice. In addition, Erica relies upon her knowledge of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Ayurvedic Medicine, and Yogic Principles to discover and bring balance to excesses or deficiencies of energy throughout the body, and the layers of the Koshas (layers of the most dense physical body to the most subtle, Spiritual bodies). Reiki or energy healing is used throughout the session to transfer healing energies to the body, mind and spirit. As Erica accesses the energy patterns within the body and the emotional and spiritual resonance of the client, she will weave a guided meditation or visualization during all or a portion of the treatment. As an intuitive channel, Erica delivers the message of Spirit throughout her session to bring about the highest alignment of Self.​
