Erica's holistic healing session is a combination of bodywork, energy work, guided meditation, and intuitively channeled messages. The session begins with a statement of intention for the healing. A combination of Shiatsu, Swedish massage, as well as sacrocranial technique is utilized for the bodywork segment of the practice. In addition, Erica relies upon her knowledge of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Ayurvedic Medicine, and Yogic Principles to discover and bring balance to excesses or deficiencies of energy throughout the body, and the layers of the Koshas (layers of the most dense physical body to the most subtle, Spiritual bodies). Reiki is used throughout the session to transfer healing energies to the body, mind and spirit. As Erica accesses the energy patterns within the body and the emotional and spiritual resonance of the client, she may choose to weave a guided meditation during all or a portion of the treatment. As an intuitive channel, Erica delivers the message of Spirit throughout her session to bring about the highest alignment of Self.​

Long-Distance Reiki

During a long-distance Reiki healing, Erica begins by accessing the client's energetic field through intuitive meditation. Here, Erica will receive messages about the client's physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual selves. As those patterns are accessed, Erica begins the work of sending Reiki, or healing energy, to her client via highly focused meditative practices. At this time, it is requested that the client rest comfortably to receive the energy being sent. Upon completion of this portion of the session, Erica will complete the session with a phone call or a Skype session with her client to deliver the messages received. This is truly a beautiful & powerful way to heal, as Spirit knows no time or distance.

Reiki Master-Teacher, Erica Miller, invites you to become a certified Reiki practitioner.
Reiki is a practice given to us by Master Usui Kyoho Reiki. This spiritually-based system of energy transfer will open your healing channels for physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health.
As a Reiki Level I practitioner, you will be able to self-treat, as well as provide Reiki for others. The class will give you a wonderful overview of the history and the practice of Reiki, meditation practices to increase your healing focus, and an attunement passed through the Reiki Master-Teacher lineage.
