Part 6 of our New Year Self Care Series is the art of Yoga Nidra. Yoga Nidra is "enlightened sleep." The practice of Yoga Nidra is to help you arrive at the state of Turiya, or a fourth state of consciousness, between deep rest and the waking state. One hour of Yoga Nidra is said to be the equivalent of 4-hours of sleep! Who can't use that!
All Self Care Series practices can be done as individual sessions. Jump in anytime it is right for you.
