Yoga for YOU

A 'private' yoga experience… with a splash of energy work, designed for YOU, shared by All.

One of the things I have discovered as an energy worker is the wave of life & healing that ties us all together. 

We are all healing individually & collectively. We can all learn from one another's suffering & healing. 

Perhaps, so we don't have to move through those things at all... and certainly never completely alone.

In this 12-week course, Erica will design one yoga & meditation practice for each yogi, according to what is needed most in their (your) life. 

Each week, we will share the individual practice with group. At the end of the yoga practice, Erica will provide Reiki to the individual whose energy we are focusing on, while the group also offers their healing love to the recipient. This will be a powerful healing on an individual & a group level.

Each practice will be recorded, so that you can return to the class, whenever it is needed.
