Yantra Yoga is a 16-week yoga course that embodies the essence of the Divine through yoga, meditation, mantra, community, & yantra 

Yantras are sacred symbols that embody the multitude of qualities/deities/essence of the Divine. Yantra literally means "machine". These sacred "machines" are ancient technologies that can assist in meditation & unlock our own Divine potentialities.

As a community, we will be embodying the Divine essence that each Yantra holds, and learn how to consciously shape our lives by tapping into these timeless powers.

We will be utilizing the beautiful Yantra Wisdom Deck & Book* created by Chanti Tacorante-Perez.
