Reiki & Restorative Yoga: REBIRTH

Allow Reiki Masters Erica Miller & Skye Guindon, take you on a journey into the subconscious to create the life you want via Reiki (energy work), Restorative Yoga, & affirmations. Our theme for our May the 4th class is REBIRTH. 

Reiki is a Japanese energy transfer. Each class will have 2 Reiki practitioners providing one-on-one energy transfer. Throughout the class, our Reiki practitioners will share approximately 18 min with each individual participant to channel healing Reiki energy (or qi) to body, mind & spirit promoting balance & encouraging serenity.

Restorative Yoga is a deeply healing pratice that requires NO PREVIOUS YOGA EXPERIENCE. This blissful yoga experience is quite simply making yourself as comfortable as possible with the use of pillows, bolsters, blankets, and other various yoga props to let the body to melt away & the mind to find its way to stillness.

Erica will lead you through Guided Meditations throughout class to ensure you are able to step away from your hectic outer life & the noise of the inner mind. A wonderful way to introduce yourself to meditation or deepen your practice.

Reiki & Restorative Yoga is a gateway into Infinite Stillness & the Peace of our True Inner Nature.
