Out with the old, in with the new! Join us for a rejuvenating week of detoxification, purification, and cleansing. In this powerful guided Detox Retreat, you will purify your body from the inside out using the potent practices of yoga, meditation, nutrition, and energy awareness. These methods help you to release stress from over-activity and return to your pure inner essence, feeling recharged and empowered to live your life to the fullest.
On Monday through Thursday, you will receive a Guide to Purification writing and a Guided Practice Video to assist you in your cleanse. The writing will help you hone in on your focus for the day, while the video offers you helpful guided practices for cleansing including meditation techniques, breathing exercises, and yoga practices. Each day builds on the next, supporting you in removing unhealthy foods and habits from your daily routine as you begin to embrace the energy of health and vitality.
On Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, we will gather virtually as a group for an immersive retreat experience. Each day, we will meet for 2 hours via Zoom to uplift and inspire each other as we share in powerful purifying practices together. For these three days, you are encouraged to deepen your cleanse through a juice fast, or a similar “pure and simple” diet that facilitates cleansing in your body. We have partnered with local juice bars (in Iowa City, IA and Salida, CO) to provide easy, accessible, and delicious juices for the participants of this course. Purchasing a “Deep Cleanse” ticket includes 3 juices from your local facility on each of these 3 days.
This detoxifying cleanse will help you create healthy habits and alignment for your body, your mind, and every aspect of your life. By releasing all that no longer serves you, you free yourself up to be fully alive in this moment and enjoy everything that comes your way.
Live sessions will take place during the following times:
Friday, March 19, 6pm-8pm CST
Saturday, March 20, 9am-11am CST
Sunday, March 21, 9am-11am CST
If you are unable to attend the live sessions, you will be emailed a link to the recorded sessions to complete at your leisure.
