About the Event
A kitchari cleanse is considered an introduction to the Ayurvedic diet which helps to realign your digestive health, as well as cleanse and balance your doshas.
During the cleanse your body resets itself and gives your digestive tract a bit of a break. In this class, you’ll learn how to make kitchari and have it prepared to start your cleanse.
We will be supporting you throughout the week during your cleanse with helpful tips to keep you on track!
This class can be taken as a stand alone option, or you can take it as part of our New Year Self Care Series.
