☕️ Sacred Cacao Circle with Diane Nichols & Jimmy
Begin the day in circle, setting intentions and sharing heart-opening ceremonial cacao.
💗 Heart-Opening Gentle Yoga & Meditation on the Cave of the Heart with Erica Miller
Allow the plant medicine of the Cacao to assimilate into your body with gentle heart-opening movement into a restorative yoga practice and meditation on the Cave of the Heart.
