About the Event
Embrace all parts of your Divine Feminine through yoga, meditation, and the embodiment of the Goddesses of Yoga. We will joining together weekly, in-person at inSpirit healing arts or online from the comfort of your home, for yoga & meditation practice and time together as a sangha. Outside of class, we will be reading, studying, & bringing our yoga practice to life from the beautiful text, Awakening Shakti, by Sally Kempton.
Individual Classes are $15/person. In-Person registrants MUST REGISTER AHEAD OF TIME due to limited space.
