🌸 Goddesses of Yoga 🌸
Join us for a transformative yoga series inspired by the enchanting teachings of Awakening Shakti by Sally Kempton. Each week, we will delve into the essence of a different goddess from the Hindu tradition, exploring the unique qualities she embodies and how we can integrate these divine energies into our lives.
Led by Jeet Saini of OM Gifts for Body & Soul in Iowa City and Erica Miller of inSpirit healing arts & yoga, our class series will feature:
