About the Event
Our life force is made up of the five elements: earth, water, fire, air, & space.
In this 6-week series, we will learn to connect with & to begin to consciously shape our lives by tapping into the unique characteristics found within these elements.
We will utilize asana (yogic postures), pranayama (breathwork), & meditation to tune into our inner teacher, so that we might get to know the elements & to harness them, so that we can best utilize the elements to create the life we want to live.
We will progressively work through the elements, culminating in practice during week 6 which honors all elements within & without.
Space is limited to 12 students.
