Through meditation & journal prompts, we will help you to discern the word that will help guide you at this time in your life. Whether it's 'your word' for a week, a year, or a lifetime - it serves as a guiding light. 

After we discover your word, we will use Sound Healing, Yoga Nidra & Reiki to activate this word within your subconscious.
