Ecstatic Dance & Yoga Nidra

We will groove into our evening with 1 hour of Ecstatic Dance followed by a sweet 30 minutes in Yoga Nidra.

Adaptogenic drinks will be provided.

Ecstatic dance is a free form of dance with the goal to achieve ecstasy. This is a natural state in which your awareness shifts and you get to experience a meditative and happy state of mind through body movement.

There are only 3 guidelines in ecstatic dance:

1. No alcohol/drugs

2. No talking

3. No judgment

Yoga Nidra is a state of consciousness where you are in a state of deep rest with just a hint of awareness. It is a profoundly deep form of meditation & helps to release all limitations in your life.
